Positive: The apartment was spotless. Close enough location to get a 10 minute bus into the center of split. Around a 15 minute walk to the beach where there were many nice restaurants. The owner of the property was fast at communication.
Negative: A lack of holiday makers, more of a residential area so have to conscious of noise.
